Action: Gather members to define shared vision, mission, values, and long‑term goals.
Step 2: Form Specialized Committees
Action: Create subcommittees per sector (real estate, barbering, trading, coaching). Assign by expertise and interest.
Step 3: Conduct Market Research
Action: Each committee analyzes trends, opportunities, competition, and risks in its field.
Step 4: Develop Strategic Plans
Action: Define clear goals, timelines, resources, short‑term and long‑term objectives.
Step 5: Collaborate on a Unified Investment Strategy
Action: Align committee plans into one cohesive investment roadmap, identifying synergies.
Step 6:Create a Capital Pool
Action: Launch a collective fund with member contributions and define contribution and profit distribution rules.
Step 7: Implement Educational Initiatives
Action: Host workshops, seminars, and mentoring led by internal experts or guest professionals to upskill members.

Action: Execute one or two projects per sector, track operations, gather feedback.
